These terms apply when you use Oulapeh.com, buy available products, request individual customization, purchase textiles wholesale, or engage Oulapeh for sourcing, sampling, private-label or managed garment-production services.
Oulapeh provides retail textile sales, customization, sourcing and production-coordination services. Manufacturing may be completed through suitable independent artisans, workshops, suppliers and production partners. A website description or enquiry response does not guarantee capacity, quantity, price, certification or delivery timing.
Custom, wholesale and production work begins only after Oulapeh reviews the project and issues or approves written commercial terms. Quotations may specify materials, quantities, development stages, payment schedule, estimated timing, delivery responsibilities and validity period. Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation for either party.
New custom or bulk designs may require measurements, prototypes, fabric samples, artwork, strike-offs or pre-production samples. The customer is responsible for reviewing supplied information and giving accurate written approvals. Changes requested after approval may affect cost and timing.
Prices are stated in the quotation or checkout and may exclude shipping, duties, taxes, testing, development, packaging or other project-specific costs unless expressly included. Payment stages and accepted methods are confirmed for each transaction. Oulapeh will not request passwords or full payment-card details by email.
Minimum quantities and estimated timelines vary by product, textile, design, supplier, production route and destination. They are not fixed unless confirmed in writing for the specific order. Estimates may change when approvals, payments, materials or required information are delayed.
Customers must provide accurate measurements and fit information. Custom-made, personalized, cut, printed, developed or approved production goods may not be eligible for cancellation or return except where required by applicable law or where goods materially fail to match the approved specification.
Handmade, handwoven, hand-dyed, embroidered and printed textiles can show reasonable variations in colour, motif placement, texture or dimensions. Screen colours may differ from physical materials. Material defects or nonconformities should be reported promptly with photographs, order details and packaging information.
Customers confirm that they have permission to use artwork, trademarks, logos and designs submitted to Oulapeh. Ownership and permitted use of newly developed artwork, patterns or samples should be defined in the project quotation or agreement. Website text, branding and original editorial material may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Shipping method, destination, risk transfer, insurance, duties and customs responsibilities are confirmed per order. International customers are responsible for destination requirements unless the quotation expressly states otherwise. Oulapeh is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, incorrect addresses or events outside reasonable control.
Applicable remedies depend on the product and transaction. Stocked retail products, custom garments, wholesale textiles and production services may have different cancellation and return conditions. The order-specific terms and applicable consumer law take priority. Contact Oulapeh before returning any item.
Oulapeh aims to keep product and service information accurate but may correct errors, update availability or withdraw an offer. Editorial content is general information and is not legal, customs, compliance or professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Oulapeh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed approvals, customer-supplied specifications or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
